What if the CYE student gets sick or needs medical attention?

CYE students are covered by full medical, dental, accidental, and pharmacy insurance with zero deductible. CYE students also are covered under a liability policy which covers all incidents with the exception of damages caused by operating a motorized vehicle. All liability for medical and accident expenses remains with the students' natural parents.

Do CYE students have insurance?

All CYE students have 100% medical, dental, and liability insurance with zero deductible. This insurance covers all medical care received in the United States. The liability insurance does not cover damage to motorized vehicles, which would require a separate policy if the host family permits the student to drive. Each CYE student's Certificate of Health contains a medical release form so that HOST PARENTS on behalf of the natural parents may secure medical treatment in the case of an emergency.
